Cass 3g样品提取2小时 We obtained niger seed oil by SOXTHERM® extraction (in duplicate) using hexane. Seeds were pulverized into a fine powder using an electrical grinder, then packed (3 g) in cellulose extraction thimbles . Duplicate thimbles were placed in an extractor and hot (60–70 °C) solvent hexane (1:4 w/v) was percolated continuously for 2 h.
