狭叶羽扇豆种子的成分特用于高蛋白品种的筛选Compositional Attributes of Blue Lupin (Lupinus angustifolius) Seeds for Selection of High-Protein Cultivars The protein content was determined using the combustion method with an automated Dumatherm nitrogen analyzer (C.Gerhardt GmbH & Co. KG, Konigswinter, Germany). Crude fat was determined with an automated SOXTHERM rapid extraction system(C. Gerhardt GmbH & Co. KG, Konigswinter, Germany), using HCl and petroleum ether for fat hydrolysis and extraction.
