Description
ADAMTS5 is a member of the ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs) protein family. Members of the family share several distinct protein modules, including a propeptide region, a metalloproteinase domain, a disintegrin-like domain, and a thrombospondin type 1 (TS) motif. Individual members of this family differ in the number of C-terminal TS motifs, and some have unique C-terminal domains.

Western blot analysis of anti-ADAMTS5 Antibody (Center) in mouse muscle tissue lysates (35ug/lane). ADAMTS5(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.
Specificity
This ADAMTS5 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 338~368 amino acids from the center region of human ADAMTS5.
Storage Condition and Buffer
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20°C. Purified polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein A column, followed by peptide affinity purification.
