Introduction:
c-erbB-2 is a receptor tyrosine kinase of the c-erbB family. It is closely related instructure to the epidermal growth factor receptor. c-erbB-2 oncoprotein is detectable in a proportion of breast and other adenocarconomas, as well as transitional cell carcinomas. In the case of breast cancer, expression determined by immunohistochemistry has been shown to be associated with poor prognosis.

Description:
c-erbB2 Human Recombinant encoding 537-636 amino acids expressed in E.coli.
c-erbB2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Escherichia Coli.

Physical Appearance:
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Formulation:
c-erbB2 at 100 µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Stability:
Store vial at -20ºC to -80ºC. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months.
Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.

Characterization:
On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 37 kDa.
