Introduction:
The PARK7 is a ubiquitously expressed protein involved in various cellular processes including spermatogenesis and fertilization, cancer, RNA-binding, androgen-receptor signaling and oxidative stress. Mutations in the PARK7 are the cause of autosomal recessive early-onset Parkinson’s disease 7 (Park7).

Description:
PARK7 Human Recombinant fused to N-terminal His-Tag produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 225 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 24 kDa.

Physical Appearance:
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Formulation:
The protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl Ph-8 and 20% glycerol.

Stability:
PARK7 although stable 4°C for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
