AIS图像分析软件是AIS系列扫描电镜的图像处理分析软件
AIS图像分析软件之一的颗粒度软件是从金相分析软件应用而高度发展起来的，为工业材料科学家和工程技术人员提供诸如材料分析分枝中的，晶粒度、相分析、结构分析、显微硬度、膜层厚度等功能。程序遵从美国材料试验协会(ASTM)材料标准，目的是通过一个单一软件包简化试验流程，把工作中所有涉及到的项目，形成可接受的指令同时启动，生成所有项目的报告。

1. User can take average grain size, number of intercepts, mean intercept length,
and total line length. 
2. Grain boundary determined by threshold value.
3. User can select the number of test line.
4. User can select Intercept pattern types such as horizontal, vertical, circle, diagonals, left slant, and right
slant.
5. Data table manages analysis statistics from experiment result.
显微硬度分析
1. User can take indentation object when adjust two boundary bar.
2. User can select the type of indentation as knoop and vickers.
3. User can adjust area filter for which taken acceptable size of indentation.
4. User inputs test load value to force diamond indenter using a calibrated machine.
5. Data table display area, length, hardness of each indentation.
6. Statistics display field area, minimum, maximum, mean, and standard deviation of the hardness.

膜层厚度分析
1. User can take coating range when adjust two boundary bar.
2. User can select the number of test line
3. User can adjust Area filter for which taken acceptable size of coating.
4. Data table display bin, count, and percentage of thickness.
5. Statistics display field area, minimum, maximum, mean, and standard deviation of the thickness.
