Monoclonal antibody (mAb) arrays ware made using purified proteins andascites fluid. The mAbs were immobilized with the antigen recognition sites oriented away from the chip surface, usingbiotinylated goat-anti-mouse antibody (Fc) to capture the mAbs. Equlibrium binding o antigen to the mAbs was then measured for a range of anigen concentrations.
