ANGPT1 is a secreted ligand for Tie-2, a cell surface receptor tyrosine kinase expressed in endothelial and hemopoietic cells. The glycosylated ANGPT1 protein has a coiled-coil region in the amino terminus and a fibrinogen-like domain at the carboxy terminus. |

ANGPT1 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 480 amino acids (20-498) and having a molecular mass of 55.6 kDa. The ANGPT1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
