Branson 400 Call-Service number change

为更好的提供服务，400服务热线进行了平台升级。
For better service, we finished platform upgrading for 400 call service system.

现电话号码由原来的400-118-3465变更为400-113-3388。
Now the call service number changed from 400-118-3465 to 400-113-3388.

新号码于2013-10-15已经启用。旧号码将延用三个月，于2014-1-15起停用。
New number takes effect from 2013-10-15. Old number will keep effective until 2014-1-15.
