简介：问：CELLnTEC培养基的存储温度？ 答：CELLnTEC是一个Kit,包含500ml的基础培养基（4ºC，避光保存），一包补充物干粉（-20ºC保存）。当补充物加入基础培养基中，需4ºC避光保存。不能冷冻保存基础培养基或补充培养基，因为这样可能会导致一些蛋白不可逆的凝固。
