Removing of oils, fat and releasing agents: Some parts are covered with oils, fat, releasing agents and other organic and inorganic (also oxides) pollutions. With plasma it is only possible to remove some nm/s. Are the layers too thick, the pollutions may be hardened. Fat contains e.g. lithium connections, from those only the organic compounds can be removed. The same applies to fingerprints.
