保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

线粒体二羧酸载体蛋白抗体产品介绍 The mitochondrial dicarboxylate carrier protein (mDIC) belongs to superfamily of mitochondrial transporters. It has been demonstrated that the expression of mDIC leads to hyperpolarization of the mitochondria, as well as succinate uptake by the mitochondria. It is highly expressed in adipose tissue, where its expression is downregulated by insulin and upregulated by free fatty acids. mDIC is also thought to play a role in glyceroneogenesis.

Function : Involved in translocation of malonate, malate and succinate in exchange for phosphate, sulfate, sulfite or thiosulfate across mitochondrial inner membrane.
