保存条件  Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

磷酸化信号转导和转录激活因子5a抗体产品介绍 Stat 5a protein is a transcription factor activated by hormone and cytokines. Two highly related, but distinct Stat 5 genes (Stat 5a and Stat 5b) were identified in mouse. The amino acid sequences of Stat 5a and Stat 5b show 96% sequence similarity, and both proteins are co expressed in most tissues of both virgin and lactating mice. However, differential accumulation of Stat 5a and Stat 5b mRNA has been reported for both muscle and mammary tissue. Stat 5a is critically involved in a variety of physiological functions, including reproduction, lactation, immune function and somatic growth.

Function : Carries out a dual function: signal transduction and activation of transcription. Mediates cellular responses to the cytokine KITLG/SCF and other growth factors. Mediates cellular responses to ERBB4. May mediate cellular responses to activated FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3 and FGFR4. Binds to the GAS element and activates PRL-induced transcription. Regulates the expression of milk proteins during lactation.
