保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

含氧酸辅酶A转移酶2A抗体产品介绍 OXCT2 is a testis-specific succinyl-CoA:3-oxoacid CoA transferase (EC 2.8.3.5), which catalyzes the reversible transfer of CoA from succinyl-CoA to acetoacetate in the first step of ketone body utilization. See also OXCT1 (MIM 601424).[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].

Function : Key enzyme for ketone body catabolism. Transfers the CoA moiety from succinate to acetoacetate. Formation of the enzyme-CoA intermediate proceeds via an unstable anhydride species formed between the carboxylate groups of the enzyme and substrate.

Subunit : Homodimer.
