   TJ905体外细胞系取材于1例男性脑部顶叶胶质瘤患者。倍增时间为41.03h，胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、S-100蛋白、波形蛋白阳性。

   DMEM-H: Dulbecco＇s Modified Eagle＇s Medium (DME H-21 4.5g/Liter Glucose)  10%FBS　1:3~1:4传代，2~3天1次。

  基础培养基+5%DMSO+20%FBS　

公司细胞的简洁信息：

（1）储存：液氮。

（2）运输：干冰。

（3）用途：只可用于科研。

（4）第二代培养末期液氮冻存。

（5）人胶质瘤细胞；TJ905每冻存管细胞数：>5×105 cells/1ml。

（6）不含有HIV-1、 HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母和真菌。

收到人胶质瘤细胞；TJ905后的处理：

1）收到细胞后，首先观察瓶身是否完好（注意有无缝隙，裂痕）。

2）显微镜下观察细胞的生长状况，有无细胞漂浮。

3）用新洁尔灭消毒瓶口及瓶身。

4）打开瓶口，再次用新洁尔灭消毒瓶口（可能会有液体溢出，注意不要碰到液体），酒精灯烤瓶口消毒。

5）将培养液转移至50ml离心管或广口瓶中（若细胞漂浮严重，离心培养基，1000g*5分钟，将离心后的培养基转移至另一个大离心管中，留一点吹打细胞沉淀成悬液，回收细胞至原培养瓶），若漂浮不严重，亦离心一下。

6）在原培养瓶中留一部分原装培养液，再补加自己新配的培养基至适当容积，例如4ml，让细胞适应一下环境。  当细胞长到70-80%，冻存大部分，小部分传代。
