本实验原理简述：绵羊白介素1(IL-1)ELISA试剂盒IL-1,白介素1。IL-1是单核细胞产生的多肽，脑内的多种神经元、血管内皮细胞、大小胶质细胞、星形细胞、巨噬细胞和T淋巴细胞均能产生IL-1，应用放射免疫学技术发现，人脑海马区的神经纤维及大鼠大脑前皮质、海马、嗅球、小脑脉络丛、下丘脑、纹状体及延髓存在高密度的IL-1β及IL-1受体。IL-1是参与宿主防御的一种细胞因子，参与免疫反应，炎症、发热、急性期蛋白质合成，全身或局部诱发的IL-1可有力地启动、加强、延长CNS疾病的炎症反应，与IL-1相应的血管内皮细胞功能的改变可使白细胞渗到炎症区。

结果计算：在半对数坐标纸上绘制标准曲线。标准品的浓度为X轴，相应的OD值为Y轴，用四参数或对数-对数法绘制最合适的标准曲线。浓度与OD值成反比关系，随着标准品浓度的增加，黄色强度就减少，即OD值减少样本浓度可直接从标准曲线上读取。如果样本实验前进行了稀释，则绵羊白介素1(IL-1)ELISA试剂盒最后结果应乘以相应的稀释因子标准曲线为逆向S型曲线。
