Quantity size: 0.1ml (200ug/ml, Lyophilized or Liquid. Buffer = 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.1% Sodium azide. Reconstitute with 0.2ml sterile distilled water.) Background: PR-39, a proline/arginine-rich antimicrobial peptide, has been shown to inhibit the NADPH oxidase activity of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNs) by blocking assembly of this enzyme. Specificity: Rabbit anti- PR-39 polyclonal Antibody. Reacts with: Human,Mouse ,Rat Application: ELISA=1:500-1000 IHC-P=1:100-500 IHC-F=1:100-500 IF=1:50-200 WB=1:20-200 Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user. Storage: Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The Lyophilized or Liquid antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20 °C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
