（1） 酶标记A、 辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）标记辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）标记单抗和多克隆抗体的常用方法是过碘酸钠法。其原理是HRP的糖基用过碘酸钠氧化成醛基，加入抗体IgG后该醛基与IgG氨基结合，形成Schiff氏碱。为了防止HRP中糖的醛基与其自身蛋白氨基发生偶合，在用过碘酸钠氧化前先用二硝基氟苯阻断氨基。氧化反应末了，用硼氢化钠稳定Schiff氏碱。
