太赫兹波(Terahertz,1 THz=1012Hz)指频率在0.1~10 THz的电磁波,位于红外和微波之间,处于宏观电子学向微观光子学的过渡阶段[1],其长波段方向与毫米波(亚毫米波)相重合,而在短波方向与红外相重合,在电磁波谱中占有很特殊的位置,因此太赫兹波的理论研究既不能完全适用经典理论

Two versions are available - a small tile, 25mm sqaure with good operation down to 100 GHz, and a larger tile 100mm square, operating to below 50 GHz

We have collected a range of measurements on the RAM.

This plot shows spectular reflection at 200 GHz. The TK RAM is the lowest trace in Green.

Here is one performed by Herman van de Stadt at SRON using a broadband FTIR spectrometer, in a diffuse reflection setup, showing reflectivity at the 1% level from 450cm-1 (13500 GHz) and 100cm-1(3000 GHz). The instrument collected power over a wide range of angles as Herman sketched thus
