资料下载扫描电镜主要用于观察研究样品表面特性 ,在叶类中药的显微鉴定中应用较多。曾明等应用扫描电镜观察国产葛属药用植物的叶表面 ,发现葛属 8 种、1 变种植物叶上、下表皮的角质纹理、密度 ,附着物 ,垂周壁、平周壁及气孔形状等特征均各不相同 ,说明种间有一定的鉴别特征 ,可作为葛属植物间显微鉴定的依据。
