保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 Glucose transporters are integral membrane proteins that mediate the transport of glucose and structurally-related substances across cellular membranes. Two families of glucose transporter have been identified: the facilitated-diffusion 钠-糖共转运载体1抗体glucose transporter family (GLUT family), also known as uniporters and the sodium-dependent glucose transporter family (SGLT family), also known as cotransporters or symporters & apos. The SLC5A1 gene encodes a protein that is involved in the active transport of glucose and galactose into eukaryotic and some prokaryotic cells。
葡萄糖的跨膜转运主要是通过SGLT1结合1 mol葡萄糖,2 mol的Na+,形成Na+-载体-葡萄糖复合物,顺Na+的浓度梯度进入细胞.不同物种的SGLT1具有较高的同源性.
