背景说明: TIGIT (also called T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains) is one newly discovered immune receptor on some percentage of T cells and Natural Killer Cells(NK). It is also identified as WUCAM and Vstm3. TIGIT could bind to CD155(PVR) on dendritic cells(DCs), macrophages, etc. with high affinity, and also to CD112(PVRL2) with lower affinity.

描述: Recombinant Human TIGIT is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Met22-Pro141 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

溶解方法: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
