背景说明: LYN contains one protein kinase domain, one SH2 domain, one SH3 domain, and the protein kinase domain plays an important role in its localization in the cell membrane. LYN is also thought to participate in signal transduction from cell surface receptors that lack intrinsic tyrosine kinase activity. In addition, LYN is associated with a number of cell surface receptors including the B cell antigen receptor and immunoglobulin E receptor (FceRI).

Recombinant Human Tyrosine-protein kinase Lyn/LYN is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Gly2-Pro512 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.

溶解方法: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 μg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.

储存/保存方法: Lyophilized protein should be stored at < -20°C, though stable at room temperature for 3 weeks. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at < -20°C for 3 months.
