Hela 细胞 cDNA 稀释按 10 倍浓度为梯度进行稀释,并以检测 CT 值构建标准曲线。可见使用 A301 扩增效率高、标准曲线线性范围宽、重复性好。

Hela 细胞为模板,检测 High-GC 基因(G+C=72%)扩增效果。可见对于 A301 检测复杂模 板扩增不受影响,且扩增特异性好。 


5. 客户案例 

客户单位:兰州大学生科院 细胞所。 

材料:马铃薯 RNA 逆转录的 cDNA5 倍稀释液。 为了验证引物的特异性,使用 16 个样本检测熔解曲线。具体如下,扩增反应完成后,通过逐渐增加温度 同时监测每一步的荧光信号来产生熔解曲线。结果显示 2 个引物均为单峰,特异性较好。
