　　轮胎产品全球最新法规培训（Training of Latest Global Tire Regulations）

　　海湾/巴西/中国/欧洲标签法实施，美国S-Mart Way等新法规已经或即将实施

　　背景

　　2012年11月1日，欧盟轮胎标签法正式实施;EU Tire Labeling Regulation implemented at Nov. 1, 2012;

　　2015年，GCC海湾国家轮胎标签法即将实施;Labeling Regulation in GCC Gulf States will be implemented at 2015;

　　2016年10月，巴西轮胎标签法544/2012号法案即将实施，巴西国家将逐步强制要求轮胎测试在第三方实验室完成;Brazil Tire Labeling Regulation 544/2012 will be implemented at Oct, 2016. Meanwhile, the tire tests will be required to be performed at third independent laboratory gradually;

　　2015年，中国轮胎标签法即将实施;China will implement Tire Labeling Regulation at 2015;

　　2014年7月，GSO将对摩托车轮胎出口海湾GCC七国进行管制;Motorcycle tire will be mandatory for GCC certification in GCC countries from July 2014 ;

　　2012年-2014年印度BIS要求变化无限，先后推出银行保函，标志使用费调整，设备校准资质，增加认证规格规定，证书年度更新，销售数量备案等等要求;There are various changes in Indian BIS certification during 2012 to 2014: bank guarantee letter, adjustment of marking fee, equipment calibration qualification, news rules of models inclusion, certificate renewal, records for sales amount, etc.;

　　海湾GSO组织要求GCC认证中温度等级，速度等级测试即将执行; GSO requires temperature rating and speed symbol to be tested in GCC certification application;

　　美国EPA对S-MARTWAY法规的逐步执行;EPA will implement SmartWay regulation gradually;

　　印度尼西亚轮胎法规从2002年升级为2012年最新版本;Indonesia tire regulation has been updated from the 2002 edition to the latest 2012 edition;
