通用医疗集团和同田公司签定合作协议

通用电气医疗集团和同田生物公司继续签定了合作协议

　　2009年3月30日，通用电气(中国)有限公司-医疗集团(GE (China) Co.,Ltd.- Healthcare)与上海同田生物技术有限公司(Shanghai Tauto Biotech Co.,Ltd.)继续签定了合作协议，共同致力于高速逆流色谱系统的技术开发和市场拓展, 通用电气医疗集团和同田生物将共同为双方合作推出由TBE系列HSCCC和AKTA系列层析系统共同组成的高速逆流色谱联用系统提供完善的售后服务和技术支持。本协议每2年签定一次，自签字之日起生效，有效期为2年.

　　This is to certify the cooperation between GE (China) Co., Ltd.- Healthcare and Shanghai Tauto Biotech Co., Ltd. on the technical and market development of the AKTA-HSCCC systems. The systems are composed of AKTA series of chromatography instruments manufactured by GE Healthcare and TBE series of HSCCC instruments manufactured by Tauto Biotech. Both companies are committed to provide complete after-sales service and technical support of the AKTAHSCCC systems.

　　This agreement is effective from the date of signature and valid for 2 years。
