SIMAXAT参加2021MEMS国际会议

11月18-19日，SIMAXAT参加了2021（十三届）传感器与MEMS产业化技术国际研讨会（暨成果展），简称“MEMS国际会议”。我们展示了MicroMaster ATE100, PicoMaster ATE100, PicoMaster ATE150, PicoMaster ATE200, PicoMaster XF ATE500 等系列亚微米激光直写光刻设备。我们和与会的MEMS产业链上下游的各知名企业、投资机构、科研院所、高校、政府机构及行业协会等就亚微米激光直写光刻技术在传感器与MEMS的应用进行了深入有效地讨论和交流。许多参观者对我们的激光直写光刻设备和技术表示浓厚的兴趣。

SIMAXAT participated in the 13th International Conference on Commercialization of the Transducers & MEMS 2021 on 18-19^th, November 2021 in Xiamen Fujian. We showed a series of submicron laser direct writing lithography equipment such as MicroMaster ATE100, PicoMaster ATE100, PicoMaster ATE150, PicoMaster ATE200, PpicoMaster XF ATE500, and so on. Many visitors expressed great interest in our laser direct writing lithography equipment and technology.
