Introduction:
Alpha-internexin is a 66kDa, type IV intermediate filament protein that is expressed in neurons during development of the peripheral and central nervous systems, as well as in a few neurons of the adult central nervous system.

Description:
α-Internexin Human Recombinant protein (aa 336-499) expressed in E.coli, shows a 45 kDa band on SDS-PAGE. α-Internexin is antibody reactive.
The α-Internexin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
