SM642背照式光谱仪
SM642是一款科研级，高信噪比，高量子效率，低杂散光的光谱仪。是测量弱光源的优先选择。SM642采用滨松 S10420-1106 背照式CCD，2048x64像素，具有较高的分辨率和灵敏度。SM642在紫外波段表现出色，而且动态范围高。它可以提供850nm的测量范围。有效光谱测量范围：200-1050nm。
光谱仪软件包括基于Windows的SM32光谱采集和分析软件，以及SDK和DLLs供客户自行开发。
