【介绍】
DNA Engine Option 2 是一款双波长实时PCR 仪。96 个蓝－绿 LED 顺序激发样品，通过二个光电二极管来检测。两个激发波长范围： 一为523–543nm（适用于FAM、SYBR Green I 等），还有一个是 540–700nm（适用于普遍使用的HEX、TEMRA、TET、VIC 等荧光素）。
DNA Engine Option 2 既可以支持普通的单重PCR，也可以支持多重 PCR。多重 PCR 除了可以节省试剂和时间外，还可以使内对照的使用成为可能，从而对样品PCR 效率有更进一步的掌控。此外，多重PCR 也 使基因表达分析更为简便。其具体性能如下：
