由于具有*小化背反射和散射光的能力，吸收中性密度（ND）滤光片是校准的理想选择。与金属类型相反，吸收型滤光器通过吸收基板内的光来实现其光密度。因此，厚度是不透明度的关键决定因素。由于其吸收质量，这些滤波器仅适用于低功率应用。
Andover吸收式ND滤光片的独特之处在于它们采用增透膜涂层以减少表面反射。这使得它们能够堆叠而不用担心由于多次反射造成的损失和伪影。
请注意，我们所有的Absorbing ND滤镜都是成套的，包括硬木储物盒。
