CFX96光学系统结合 C1000™ PCR仪，组成功能强大、检测灵敏的实时荧光定量 PCR仪。六通道的实时荧光定量PCR仪包括了先进的光学系统和精确的温控系统，可提供高灵敏、可信赖的检测结果。
CFX96固定光路技术(六个LED灯和六个光敏二极管) 能够使每个通道中染料的检测达到最佳效果，对靶基因进行精确定量和分型。每次检测扫描，光学检测头都能够准确地、高重复性地聚焦在反应管的正中心上方。所以光路始终处于最优状态，而且无需额外占用一个检测通道使用参照染料进行检测校正。主要特点如下：
