一, GTI 啁啾激光反射镜 1030nm
GIRES-TOURNOIS-INTERFEROMETER (GTI)啁啾反射镜用于短脉冲激光器(如Yb:YAG或Yb:KGW激光器)中的脉冲压缩。筱晓还为钛宝石波长范围和其他近红外光谱范围的飞秒激光提供GTI反射镜。与棱镜压缩器相比,GTI反射镜减少了腔内损耗。

损耗急低的激光光学器件,对于要求急低损耗的镀膜光学器件应用, 筱晓光子可提供R > 99.995 %、总损失小于10 ppm的反射镜。此类超级反射镜片可用于环形激光器陀螺仪组件或光腔衰荡应用。
对超抛光基材加工低吸收、低散射镀膜时,我们会采用改进型IBS镀膜机。而为了保证清洁度,此类机器会存放在专用的超清洁室内,并且与生产相关的基材预处理和后期处理流程全部在此清洁室内完成。 此外,超清洁室内还配置有多种测量设备,如检测流程所使用的白光表面光度仪和高分辨率显微镜。利用定制光腔衰荡设置可以确定反射量(精度可达小数点后四位)以及损耗。 而测定以上数值必须使用表面粗糙度小于< 1 Å rms的超抛光基材。为了保证反射镜成品的品质,还会使用白光表面光度仪进行质量检测

四,超光滑超高反射率(>99.99%) 反射镜 1572nm
环形激光陀螺仪组件或某些科学应用中的所谓超级镜需要具有急低损耗(即吸收和散射)的镀膜光学元件。这些反射镜还具有 R > 99.998% 和总损耗 < 10 ppm 的最大反射率。
筱晓使用德国改进的 IBS 机器,能够在超抛光基材上生产涂层。机器和环境的清洁度在专用的超净室中保持,并在此进行广泛的基材预处理和后处理。
用于检查程序的测量设备,例如白光轮廓仪和高分辨率显微镜(高达 x 1000)已经到位。定制的腔衰荡设置允许以最多四位小数的精度确定反射并参考损耗。

位于耶拿的弗劳恩霍夫应用光学和精密工程研究所测量了我们当前生产的 633 nm 超级镜的总背散射(TSB,如 ISO 13696 中所述),并达到了 TSB = 1.1 ppm 的值。 < 15 ppm 的典型吸收和剩余透射率合计相当于至少 99.998% 的反射率。对于更长的波长,甚至可以达到 99.999%,这非常接近 R = 100% 的完quan激光镜。

六,LAYERTEC 啁啾镜对 (超快激光反射镜)
(Chirped Mirror Pair)啁啾镜用于补偿超短激光脉冲与色散相关的传播时间差。如果 GDD 曲线中的振荡很强,则需要啁啾镜对(由两个啁啾镜组成)。对于高带宽的镜子尤其如此。
啁啾镜的 GDD 曲线并不代表直线曲线,而是显示振荡。其中,这些强度有多强取决于光谱带宽。对于小于同类布拉格镜带宽的 GDD 带宽,振荡相当小。另一方面,具有高带宽的镜子表现出强烈的 GDD 振荡。
