上海天呈科技有限公司，简称“天呈医流”，成立于2001年4月，为上海复旦大学所属高科技企业。2004年年底，创办了国内首家大范围销售生物医学产品的 “天呈医流连锁超市”网站。2007年9月，公司将原有网站独立为两个域名：“天呈医流比价网” 和“天呈医流连锁超市”。
“天呈医流比价网”，吸纳海量的供应商和客户，通过“比价网”的平台实现买卖业务。目标是创造生物医学产品的专业搜索引擎。“天呈医流连锁超市”，则向客户平价销售公司自有产品和选定的第三方价低质优产品。目的在于为广大客户节省时间，打造生物医学产品的低价市场。天呈医流比价网，打造生物医学领域的谷歌、百度！天呈医流连锁超市，建设生物医学领域的沃尔玛、国美！
