The ProPac SCX-20 column is designed specifically to provide high-resolution UHPLC separations of proteins. The stationary phase is composed of 10μm, non-porous,
solvent compatible resin beads that are uniformly coated with a highly hydrophilic layer to reduce non-specific interactions between the bead surface and the biopolymer.
