CMI165 PCB Cu Gauge

The CMI165 is a handheld micro resistance gauge for the PCB industry, quickly measuring the thickness of copper foil, laminated copper, as well as surface copper including traces and pads. It can be used at incoming inspection and after etching or planarizing to verify plating thickness. The CMI165 includes automatic temperature compensation for measuring hot or cold boards, and features a user-replaceable tip to reduce costs and minimize downtime.

Thickness range (electroless Cu): 0.25-12.7μm
Thickness range (electroplated Cu): 2-254μm
