Ideal for reading temperatures in reagents, water baths, foods, air, and semisolids. Great for use in any deep vessel. Durable stainless steel and plastic construction makes these thermometers safer than mercury thermometers. Digital display conveniently rotates 180° to a vertical position, or to a horizontal position, for viewing sample and temperature simultaneously. Bright LCD digits are 6.4mm (¹/₄") high and easier to read than pointer or mercury thermometers.

Probe is resistant to acids, bases, solvents, and most laboratory chemicals. Long stem allows user to make measurements while stirring solutions. Change between °F and °C with the press of a button. Readings are updated every second. Weigh less than 28g (1oz.).
