　　研究血管小球的过滤速率用FITC标记菊糖—上海甄准生物

　　FITC标记菊糖通过FITC和菊糖反应合成而制得。菊糖长期用于监测肾清除率。FITC标记菊糖可以提供简单和灵敏的选择，替代繁琐的菊糖的化学分析，同时可以实现实时分析。荧光特性和FITC标记的葡聚糖相似。

　　FITC标记的菊糖主要研究实验动物血管小球的过滤速率，也可以用于调查影响其他组织渗透性影响因素。优势是通过测量荧光性得到健康和不健康的组织的运输和渗透性。通过生物体荧光显微镜，研究可以实时进行。该技术具有高灵敏性，在组织液，浓度低至1ug/ml也可以检测到。
