TECHSPEC® 锗 (Ge) 窗口片有现货,可选三种增透膜: 3 - 5μm波段的增透膜适用于中红外应用,3 - 12μm波段的增透膜适用于宽带多光谱应用, 8 - 12μm波段的增透膜适用于热成像应用。锗光学材料也比较适合做设计波长在8-12μm内的增透膜(AR)镀膜的膜层材料。锗受温度影响严重,透过率随温度的升高而降低,因此,它们只能在100®C以下应用。在设计对重量有严格要求的系统的时候要考虑锗的密度(5.33 g/cm3)。锗主要应用在热成像系统和前视红外(FLIR)领域里面。锗的努氏硬度是780,大概是氟化镁硬度的两倍,这使它比较适合变化光学的IR领域的应用。
