Background:

CTCF (CCCTC-binding factor) is a highly conserved zinc finger protein that has been implicated in playing a role in a wide range of regulatory functions, including transcriptional activation/repression, 转录阻抑蛋白CTCF抗体insulation, imprinting, and X chromosome inactivation.
