Western blot analysis of extracts from U-251MG and MCF7 cell lysates using CTSD mouse mAb (1:500 diluted).Predicted band size:46, 43, 28KDa.Observed band size:28KDa.
Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. liver section using CTSD Antibody(Cat#AM2221B). AM2221B was diluted at 1:25 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.
