储 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存条件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

产品介绍 ORP150 (150KDa Oxygen-regulated Protein) is a member of the heat shock protein/stress protein family and has a pivotal role in cytoprotective cellular mechanisms triggered by oxygen deprivation. This protein has also been described as a molecular chaperone, induced by various environmental and physiological stimuli, and participates in protein folding in the endoplasmic reticulum. Furthermore, ORP150 is up-regulated in tumors and, in breast tumors, may be associated with tumor invasiveness.
