A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CD47 (Q61735-1) (Met1-Lys140) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
分子量
The recombinant mouse CD47 consists of 133 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 15.3 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of mouse SIRPA is approximately 34-44 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃
Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
