生物活性
1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized recombinant human IL1B at 2 μg/ml (100ul/well) can bind recombinant human IL1R2-Fc with a linear range of 6.25-400 ng/ml.
2. Using the Octet RED System, the affinity constant (Kd) of IL1R2 Protein, Human, Recombinant (Fc Tag) (Cat. 10111-H02H) bound IL-1 beta Protein, Human, Recombinant (Cat. 10139-HNAE) was 6.0 nM.
3. Measured by its ability to inhibit Interferon gamma secretion by human natural killer lymphoma NK-92 cells in the presence of 500 pg/mL IL1b. The EC50 for this effect is typically 0.1-0.8 μg/mL.

A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain (Met 1-Glu 343) of human IL1 receptor type I I (IL1RII) (NP_004624.1) was expressed with C-terminal fused Fc region of human IgG1.
分子量
The recombinant human IL1R2/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer consists of 568 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 64.5 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the rh IL1R2/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 70-75 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃
Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
