A DNA sequence encoding the mature form of human IFN-α4a (NP_066546.1) (Cys 23-Asp 189) was expressed with the N-terminal fused Fc region of human IgG1.
分子量
The recombinant human Fc/IFN-α4a is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 403 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 46 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of rh Fc/IFN-α4a monomer is approximately 50 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
