A DNA sequence encoding the human IFNW1 (P05000) (Met1-Ser195) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
分子量
The recombinant human IFNW1 consists of 185 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 21.6 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 22 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
