1. Using the Octet RED System, the affinity constant (Kd) of VEGFR2 / KDR Protein, Human, Recombinant (His Tag) (Cat. 10012-H08H) bound to Anti-VEGFR2 Antibody (Cat. 10012-MM03) was 1.9 μM.
2. Measured by its ability to inhibit the VEGF-dependent proliferation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). The ED50 for this effect is typically 10-50μg/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL recombinant human VEGF165.
蛋白构建
A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of human VEGFR2 (NP_002244.1) (Met 1-Glu 764) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
分子量
The recombinant human VEGFR2 consists of 756 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 84.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of human VEGFR2 is approximatly 120-130 in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃
Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
