生物活性
OFPSparkTM expression vector transfected 293 H cells transiently. After 48 h, the strong orange fluorescent signals can be detected under the excitation channel of 503.5~547.5 nm, and the strong red fluorescent signals can be detected under the excitation channel of 532.5~587.5 nm.

OFPSparkTM is a red (orange) fluorescent protein derived from DsRed(similarity is 98%). OFPSparkTM was expressed with a polyhistide tag at the C-terminus(Patent 201510003374.3).

The recombinant Discosoma sp. OFPSparkTM consisting of 231 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 26.4 kDa.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃
Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
