A DNA sequence encoding the rat CD302 (NP_001013938.1)(Met1-His165) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
分子量
The recombinant rat CD302 comprises 156 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 18.1 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 18 and 22 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃
Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
