从基于 LC-MS 的全球代谢组学到系统生物学研究 From LC-MS-based Global Metabolomics to Systems Biology

LC-MS is among the most widely used technologies in analytical chemistry with growing applications to global metabolomics in recent years. Raw data processing, statistical analysis, functional interpretation as well as integration with other omics data remain key computational bottlenecks in current global metabolomics. In this talk, I will introduce an unified framework for addressing these issues and its current implementation in MetaboAnalyst. When time permits, I will also discuss results from our recent large-scale analysis of COVID-19 global metabolomics datasets.
